The Scouting America Blue Ridge Council has provided Scouting programs to youth in the Upstate of South Carolina for over 100 years. Our council serves the counties of Abbeville, Anderson, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Newberry, Oconee, and Pickens. The Blue Ridge Council is experiencing exciting growth. We now serve thousands of young people across our eight-county area — and the need for Scouting has never been greater.
