Nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the upstate of South Carolina, Camp Old Indian offers an unforgettable summer camp experience. Within a day’s drive from most locations in the Southeastern U.S., our camp has been a cherished destination for outdoor adventures for decades.
Miles of hiking trails, a stocked fishing lake, Range & Target Activities, trade skills program area, off-site high adventure programs, block scheduling, and renowned staff allow us to offer your Troops and Crews a wide range of programs designed to challenge and inspire Scouts.
Adult leaders will also find engaging programs like our Scoutmaster Shoot, Primitive Golf Tournament, and Woodcarving Competition. Our Scoutmaster lounge is also available for study, work, or escape.

If a Scout wants to camp at Camp Old Indian when their unit isn’t, they can still attend as a provisional camper. This can also be a great opportunity to spend a second or third week at camp for a reduced fee! We will assist in making arrangements for them to stay with another Troop in camp that week.
